Hi Cory,
I thought your class last night was invaluable! I simply can't thank you enough for offering it! I wrote the entire Vineyard Christian Church MOPS group this morning to encourage them to attend!
--
The class was incredibly informational and Cory K. kept things light. The moves he taught to defend yourself and escape being a victim of a violent crime were invaluable. I can not urge enough that if you are signed up for Thursday, October 18th to GO!
YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! Get the skills the Lord gave each of us ladies to be empowered to NOT BE A VICTIM!
Just wanted to encourage you ladies to consider this life changing class!

Hi all I also went to this class and it was sooooo worth it. I came home and showed my husband and told him that ALL of the girls in my family are going to be taking THIS class. I learned so many amazing moves, how to get out of so many other holds and positions also. It was great. i encourage all of you ladies to take the class!!!

Thank you so much Cory!
I can't begin to tell you how much great feedback I
have already received about the 2 classes! I just
loved it tonight and have honestly never felt more
powerful and also for the first time in a long time, I
have the desire to get my body stronger (especially my
legs!).
The tools you gave us will definately stick with us
and make us smarter and more confident in scary
situations!

I enjoyed it because it was interactive, Because of that it gives you another level of confidence. I felt “Drop and Kick” is something most us will remember even under duress.

Yes, I believe every female employee should be encouraged to take this class. Many times we find ourselves leaving late and there is no one available to walk us to our cars.
